Kevin Harris President
Kevin Harris has worked in the construction business for over 37 years, having started his career as a Construction Manager for Trammel Crow Company in 1978. After working with Trammel Crow until 1982, Kevin formed his own commercial construction company, Sundance Construction Company. As the original founder and owner of Sundance Construction Co. he grew Sundance to a 50 MM company. Mr. Harris sold Sundance in 2013 and formed. Cactus Commercial, Inc. Kevin has extensive knowledge of the construction industry, statewide, and has assembled a team of experienced construction professionals. Mr. Harris is a carpenter by trade and has first-hand field knowledge. Kevin has been married to his wife Stacey for 31 years and they have two (2) children, Kyle and Kelly Sue. Kelly Sue is active in the business with her father.
Brent Richardson Vice President
Brent Richardson started his career in the construction industry shortly after graduating from Texas A&M University in 2012. Before working for Cactus Commercial, Inc., Mr. Richardson worked in the oil & gas industry for Cameron International, as a Sales & Marketing Trainee. While with Cameron, he engaged in a fast-paced and demanding role, which aided in solidifying his multi-tasking and project management skills. After gaining field experience, he accepted a job in Houston as an Applications Engineer for DXP Enterprises. While at DXP, Mr. Richardson was responsible for estimating & project management tasks, of multi-million dollar projects, for clients such as Chevron and Shell. In the beginning of 2014, Mr. Richardson joined Cactus Commercial, Inc. as a Project Manager. In addition to managing active projects, Mr. Richardson is also involved in all facets of estimating future projects, ensuring client satisfaction, from project inception to completion. He has successfully supervised and managed projects for clients such as Walgreens & NewQuest Properties.
Les Wiggin Project Manager
Over the past 35 years, Leslie has worked in multiple fields in the construction industry beginning with machinist work. Leslie left the machinist work and began a 20 year tenure working in the glass and glazing field; 12 of those years as the owner and operator of Brazos Glass and Mirror Company, where he gained valuable business management experience. Leslie graduated from the University of Houston with a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering Technology and Construction Management in 1998. After selling his glass company, Leslie went to work for a general contractor as an assistant superintendent and in a short time, advanced to project superintendent. He worked as a superintendent for 17 years until 2014. In January of 2014, Leslie came to work for Cactus Commercial, Inc. as a Project Superintendent and successfully completed an extensive Walgreens Drug Store addition and renovation - while it was open for business. Upon completion of that project, he was asked to be a Project Manager over the Walgreens renovation program. By the end of 2014, Leslie has successfully completed 16 renovation projects for Walgreens.
